Sharing presets bug

Hi,

Ok. Here’s what we did this time.

1. Made a clean PT session.

2. Added 1 instrument track with a Rando 2

3. I made a preset (using this latest RC2).

4. I exported the preset to a shared dropbox location on my hard drive.

5. I saved my PT session and closed it.

6. My collab. 1st did this (in case it needed to remember where stuff was).

7. He opened a new clean PT session and added a Rando 2

8. He imported the saved preset from our shared dropbox location (that worked fine).

9. He closed that PT session, and opened the one that I’d made and saved (to our shared dropbox location)..

10. He opened the Rando2 plugin and got the message “failed to load samples”

11. He clicked the button “replace” and it quickly found the missing samples.

12. Then he saved that session and closed it (to the shared DB location)

13. I opened the new saved session on my rig (from DB).

14. I opened the one Rando 2 - and then I get the message “failed to load samples”

15. Thn I hit “replace” - it found them.

16. I hit save on the session and sent it back to colab.

17. He opens the PT session and gets the “missing samples” again.. hits “replace”… etc . Etc…

So every time we open a session that’s been re-directed…no where does the plugin and or any cache on our local system seem to save the location’s preset samples. As you can imagine..if we had a session with even 5 of these scattered throughout… it would get very cumbersome to remember to check each one every time we open the session that the other has touched.
