Suggestion: UI Consistency for toggles in Sample Search filters

As I understand it, the meaning of the second toggle state for the Categories filter, showing the category box as an outline with strike-through text, is to filter out or exclude samples tagged with that category

For consistency it would be nice if the

…. should be consistent for the Location, Sample Type and Type toggles behaved in a consistent manner… clicking it once to include and a second time to filter / exclude the criteria. This would simplify, for example, excluding one location … instead of explicitly selecting all the locations except the one to be excluded, the excluded location toggle can be clicked twice to the filter it out explicitly.
