clicking outside of the keyboard

Clicking outside the piano keys clears the selection. It would be handy if it did the same when you clicked outside the piano keys area. So, for example, in the tag area.

It would be also be helpful if all keys were deselected after you shift+double-clicked to clear all keys in Edit mode.
