exclude tag improvements

The new excluding tag feature is very useful. However, it's annoying that the tags move around.
When you select a tag for the first time, it moves to the beginning. So, when you wanted to exclude something, you must move to this new location before you can click again. The other way around is the same issue. When you click an excluded tag, the first click deselects it and moves it back to the list. You first have to find it before you can include it.

The solution is simple. Don't ever move the tags. Just change the tag's appearance. It's pretty clear which tags are selected and in what state they are.

Keeping the tags in the same place also helps build muscle memory.

It would also be useful if you could exclude a tag with a single click while holding a modifier key (ALT/SHIFT). While holding the key, you can quickly click multiple tags to exclude them. The same can be used to exclude tags; ALT-click includes them with one click.
