Reduce/change the Follow up questions after a post.

When we post a request or bug, we always get three follow-up questions. A bit too much in my opinion, and in case of bugs, they are the wrong questions.

In case of requests, the second question is redundant. If I find something essential, I want it right now. If it's nice to have, it can wait until later. Essential & Later and Nice to have & Right Now are weird combinations.

In case of bugs, the first question should be about severity (low, minor, critical), which also makes the other questions unnecessary. A severe bug that happens occasionally should is still be a high priority. Although I think it's up to the developers, not the users, to answer this question. For users, high severity means high priority.
