Relocate missing sample libraries

I just renamed some of my sample folders, and Rando doesn’t recognize them anymore. It would be nice if we could just choose the new location for renamed/moved folders, instead of having to remove them and re-import. Especially with the new advanced scanning, which seems to take some time to redo.
